SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Prentho! Every product you order is custom-made just for you. Because we print on demand, please read this policy carefully so you know exactly when to expect your order and how we handle shipping.
1. How Our Fulfillment Works
Prentho is a print-on-demand brand. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Each item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged only after you place your order. This ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality product every time.
Our production partner handles fulfillment and ships directly to your doorstep on our behalf under the Prentho brand.
2. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, it goes through our production process:
- Production Time: 2–3 business days (standard orders)
- Rush Orders: Same-day fulfillment available for orders placed before 9:00 AM IST
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order
Note: Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window = Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: 2–9 business days after dispatch
- Total Estimated Time: 4–12 business days from order placement
- Tracking link shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched
Shipping Coverage We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. In rare cases, certain remote areas may have limited courier reach. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our website for current offers.
4. International Shipping
- Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days after order placement
- Delivery Time: 6–12 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking provided
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
For example, customers in Canada may be required to pay approximately 16–18% import duty upon delivery. Prentho has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Note: International shipping rates are weight-based. If you order multiple products, the combined weight slab will apply.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link
- SMS notifications for major delivery milestones
- A live tracking page to monitor your shipment in real time
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control:
- Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
- National or regional public holidays
- Courier partner operational disruptions
- Customs clearance delays (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
In such cases, we will communicate proactively and do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Prentho is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from the courier, or refusal of delivery — a re-shipping fee will apply to resend the order. We offer 100-day storage for returned orders before they are processed further.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return Policy.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible domestic orders. COD remittances are processed as follows:
- Bank Remittance: Within 7 working days of delivery
- Wallet Remittance: Within 4 working days of delivery
